Services offered by Gottschol Alcuilux cover 2 sectors: stamping and accurate metal forming of small dimensions parts on one hand and the manufacturing of complex components on the other hand.
All the means were implemented to assure and guarantee a product corresponding to the wanted specifications.
Powerful tools of analysis and simulation (activities of R&D) serve for predicting the deformations during the phases of forming as well as the spring back, a software of CAD-CAM allows to design and to pilot the manufacturing of complex shapes (up to 5 simultaneous axes), a three-dimensional machine allows to validate the obtained results.
