Technological/technical capabilities

In the framework of a research and development programme, Hein has developed a new rack oven which is capable of baking 4 racks at the same time with a capacity of 7500 rolls/hour. With a new technique of the heat exchanger as well as the air circulation, this oven is a real "world news". The other strong points:

  • a baking capacity of 37 m2 for only 6.5 m2 of space needed for installation;
  • an energy consumption of 40 % lower compared to the traditional rack oven;
  • installation costs lowered by 50 %.

Two new ovens have been launched on the market with new and unique cooking techniques allowing a perfect cooking and up to 25% energy savings.
