Main axes of research
The main objective of the CCMS is to support the laboratories of CRP-Santé in the field of statistics and methodology in their research projects. The Centre can also support external national and international organisations.
The activities of the CCMS are:
- Methodological advice and support for setting up research projects
- Statistical advice and support
- Study data management in order to guarantee the quality of results
- Collaboration with external scientists working in fields of mutual interest
- Editing of statistical and methodological sections in scientific protocols and articles
- Teaching of courses in statistics and research tools for healthcare actors (doctors, researchers, nurses)
- Development of innovative statistical methodology adapted to healthcare research issues
- Editing and publication of scientific articles
