Competences

Main axes of research

The main objective of the CCMS is to support the laboratories of CRP-Santé in the field of statistics and methodology in their research projects. The Centre can also support external national and international organisations.

The activities of the CCMS are:

  • Methodological advice and support for setting up research projects
  • Statistical advice and support
  • Study data management in order to guarantee the quality of results
  • Collaboration with external scientists working in fields of mutual interest
  • Editing of statistical and methodological sections in scientific protocols and articles
  • Teaching of courses in statistics and research tools for healthcare actors (doctors, researchers, nurses)
  • Development of innovative statistical methodology adapted to healthcare research issues
  • Editing and publication of scientific articles
