This aid scheme from the Ministry of the Economy and Foreign Trade, which is part of a set of support measures, aims to encourage process and organisational innovation.

"Process innovation" consists of the implementation of a new or significantly improved production or distribution method.

"Organisational innovation" involves the implementation of a new organisational method in the business practices, at the workplace or in the external relations of the enterprise.

The following conditions must be met:

  • organisational innovation must be related to the use and exploitation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs)

  • the project or programme must lead to the development of a standard, a business model, methodology or concept that can be systematically reproduced
  • the innovation must be a novelty or a significant improvement on the state-of-the-art in the relevant sector within the European Union
  • the project or programme must involve a genuine risk of failure.

Eligible costs

  • personnel expenses
