Innovation Management Techniques (IMTs) are simple tools, which can help you transform a new idea into a commercial success.

Innovation is accessible – and necessary – for all companies, regardless of their size and activity sector. Innovation in a company can concern a change in:

  • products
  • services
  • procedures
  • production processes
  • internal or external organisation

It can also relate to the way products or services are marketed, and is key in ensuring the company’s long-term success. The focus is on improvements, which aim to distinguish a company from its competitors or to consolidate its presence on the market.

The success of an innovation depends on all of the company's resources – human, technical, financial, etc. The way a company opts to manage its ability to innovate indicates its actual innovation qualities. IMTs help improve this process.
