What kind of information is included in the portal newsletter?
The portal newsletter is sent out weekly on Thursdays. Two types of newsletters exist:
- A standard newsletter including predefined headings
- A personalised newsletter, which allows users to choose the kind of information they would like to receive
The newsletter provides you with news and updates from the previous 7 days, which have been on the portal. These are found under headings that correspond to your choice of newsletter.
In what language is the newsletter published?
Both types of newsletters are available in both French and English. You can choose the language of your newsletter when you subscribe.
How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
In order to receive the portal newsletter each week, all you have to do is fill in the subscription form under the Newsletter heading. After having filled in the form, a message will be sent to the email address you have indicated on your subscription form. You will then have to click on the link included in this message to confirm your subscription. You will start receiving the newsletter on the following Thursday.
Is the subscription to the newsletter free of charge?
Yes, the subscription is completely free of charge.
I have subscribed but I have not received my newsletter, why?
The newsletter is sent out each Thursday. You will receive your first newsletter the Thursday following your subscription. If you do not receive any form of newsletter, please check if it is not in the "Junk mail" folder of your email. Another possible reason might be that you have not validated your subscription by clicking on the link included in the email you received following your subscription.
I have subscribed, but my newsletter contains little information, is that normal?
You have probably subscribed to the personalised newsletter, which allows you to choose what content you wish to receive. If your newsletter does not include a lot of information, it is probably because little information that corresponds to the choices of your subscription has been published during the past 7 days.
