How does this section allow me to find partners?

This section gathers information on innovative enterprises and numerous research units belonging to public research organisations in Luxembourg. The presentation of each unit, which has been put together by the organisation itself, includes key information on its research and innovation activities that allows you to identify potential partners: skills, equipment, products and services, existing collaborations, etc. Each entity also presents contact details allowing you to get in touch.

How can I find the information that interests me?

There are several ways of finding information:

• The thematic access allows you to find research units and innovative enterprises in your field of interest
• The access by research institute allows you to visualise all units belonging to a certain institute and easily find the description of a unit that you already know
• The search engine enables targeted searches. It also allows you to easily find an innovative enterprise that you already know.

Can I register my company or my research unit?

Each department and laboratory affiliated to a public research institute in Luxembourg may be presented.

A company wishing to present its skills should fulfil the following conditions:

• The company should have R&D and innovation activities
• It should undertake its R&D and innovation activities (or a part of those activities) in Luxembourg

How can I register my company or my research unit?

In order to register a research unit or an innovative company, you first need to create a user account via the section “Presenting your company or research unit”. The account will be activated by the portal’s administrators. Once connected, all compulsory fields of the registration form should be filled out in English and French before the presentation is submitted for validation. The presentation will be published after validation by a validation committee. An email will be sent to you to confirm whether your presentation has been accepted for online publication or not.

Is the registration free of charge?

Yes, the creation of a user account as well as the registration of an organisation is completely free of charge.

I have created my user account but I can’t manage to log in, why?

This can be due to several reasons:

• Your user account has not yet been validated by a portal administrator.
• You have not validated your registration (within the specified time frames) by clicking on the link in the email you received after your registration
• You have not typed the right user name or password (pay attention to the use of capital letters)

I have filled out my registration form but am not able to submit it, why?

This registration form can only be submitted for validation after all compulsory fields of all tabs of the form have been filled out. Each field should be filled out in English and French (this also goes for the non-compulsory fields). The data can be saved at any time by clicking on the "Save" button at the bottom of each tab. Once the form has been completely filled out, the data should be saved by clicking on the "Save" button at the bottom of the last tab of the form. After this last saving, the form can be submitted for validation by clicking on the button "Submit for validation".

I have started to fill out the form but I cannot finalise it in only one go. What should I do in order not to lose the data?

Saving the data can be done at any time by clicking on the "Save" button. The integrated information will thus be saved until the next connection.

I want to go on to the next tab but it does not work, why?

In order to go from one tab to another, all compulsory fields of the first tab must be filled out. Once the tab has been finalised and saved, the next tab becomes available.

I want to update my presentation data, what should I do?

You can access your presentation data at any time by connecting with your username and password.

I have forgotten my password. How can I access my account and update my presentation data?

The function "Forgotten password" allows you to receive a new password.
